Legacy Acquisitions was founded with a guiding principle: that good investments should benefit both the investor and the community.  That is why when we develop neighborhoods - not just housing - they architecturally reflect the essence of the area's community life.  In the South, our neighborhoods would look out of place in California - they are designed to be complementary to the charm - the quaint architecture - that characterizes the South.  Our neighborhoods are designed to evoke the sense of local community - yet are excellent investments as well.  The neighborhoods are also complementary to the public need - that is why our developments are designed with community input - to serve the needs of the community, whether that need is affordable family, seniors or workforce housing, or re-purposed commercial areas that need revitalization with live/work elements.
